Program Management

Program adoption begins with a detailed analysis of the existing manufacturing process, availability of documentation and information; conducted by a seasoned project manager. The project manager serves as the point of contact for the customer and has responsibility for all aspects of the program. A highly refined and tested program management system is employed to make sure " nothing falls through the cracks"; and easily accommodates engineering changes and schedule alterations. The manager communicates with the customer regularly utilizing a customer-preferred format.
