Program Management
Paramount to the success of each contract manufacturing program is the ability to effectively manage
the program. At Keller-CMS this starts the first time we talk to the customer and continues throughout the
project. Program adoption begins with a detailed analysis of the existing manufacturing process, availability
of documentation and information; conducted by a seasoned project manager. Once the requirements are thoroughly understood
and any issues are resolved, a formal plan of attack is developed.
The project manager serves as the point of contact for the customer and has responsibility for all aspects
of the program. A highly refined and tested program management system is employed to make sure " nothing falls through
the cracks"; and easily accommodates engineering changes and schedule alterations. The manager communicates with the
customer regularly utilizing a customer-preferred format.
